Arrow Which water hose for coolant flush

I want to add one of those Prestone coolant flush items to
cleanout the coolant in my SC300, 1997.
Which water hose does it go into.
Anyone done this to a sc300 before?
I've done it to other cars and really cleans out the system.
I just don't know which hose to cut in my SC300.

I did a search here and couldn't find what I'm looking for.
Thanks.

I cringed when you said "cutting" a radiator hose. I suppose it really wouldnt matter if it was in line with the upper or lower.

I know.

Idk how you do coolant flushes but you never cut any hoses. You remove the radiator drain plug, allow the coolant to start flowing out, put a garden hose into the resivour, get your flow right so it doesnt over or underflow. Then turn on the car with the heater on high and wait until the coolant drains clear. After that fill with toyota red antifreeze.
