Alright folks, here's a weird one...(warning, crap cell phone pic - clear enough)
Anyone want to help me figure out just what the heck this thing is on my driver's side pillar? I've owned two SC's before this model and none have ever had this. My SC300 is an model year 1992.

I wonder if they put these in certain models even though some weren't equipped with the phone...oh well, at least it isn't important..

can't really tell what it is but not a factory unit. looks like aftermarket mic for old navi for voice commend or phone? it's could be an antenna for alarm some of the multi channel alarms had that kind of antenna showing but never seen anyone installed it up there on pillar.

Its the factory in car mobile phone system, my car had the exact same thing, looked exactly the same in exactly the same place, whoever removed the system left it probably because the clip on the back has damaged the trim. Mine was, i replaced it. Its the audio pickup i believe.
