iv searched and googled around and no luck.
just wondering if ther are any sc300 out there with 315 series tires mounted on their car, what kind of offset (im guessing 50+) and tire specs, fender mods...
pictures would be awsome \

I'm not sure about 315 tire size but a lot of us are running 305/25/20 in South Florida...

You can run a 315 on the rear. You'll need at least a 9.5" wheel, .... and the offset you need to make them fit, all depends on how wide of a wheel you go with.

For instance, ....a stock TT wheel (9.5" +50), with a 315/35 will work.

Of course they fit. Why wouldnt they? The stock TTs max out at 315. Anything wider will just cause unsafe crowning. My brother wants to put on 18x12 on 315 widths for the rear. If they dont fit, I'll make them fit!

i know 315s will fit the stock tt rims (although not ideal) and i know for mk4s, they are no problem...

what im really trying to figure out is, yes if they do fit, how? what offset ppl are running or what is ur opinion on an ideal offset per say from a 10.5-11.5 wide wheel out back, 18s? 19s? whether or not its a 315/30, 315/35 etc, are what kinds of mods ppl have to make to make them fit on the sc300

i may be wrong, but i dont think its going to be just a fender roll and bam! 315 success!

and with all being said above, i want to see some pics of sc300s with 315s

thanks for all the feedback!

I had Fiske FM-5 18x11.5 with a 315/30ZR18 on my SC with no fender rolling. I dont have any pics, but I think they were +44 offset or something like that. They were off of my best friends Single Supra.

Those steamrollers looked BAAAAAD. Especially from the rear. I have 18x9.5 right now, but I'm going for some CCW's and getting a 18x11.5 again with the 315's for the next set of rims.
