yea i used babyoil on my old headlights, but got tired of cleaning them every month and resanding and applying plastix... so i bought some brand new ones
how many miles does that is3 have on it?

Just because something is petroleum based doesn't mean you can you can put baby oil on it and expect it to be ok in time.
In the care and maintenance of scuba gear it clearly states not to use or store around petroleum based products because it will attack or degrade rubber and plastic materials.
and we all know rubber and plastic is petroleum based.
