8 to 10 is too low guys. Its a 2000 SC4, werent there only 50 something made? Very low mileage I would say between 11 and 14. A 1998 would go between 8 and 10.

Why buy a 00 SC4 if you can get better/modern looking cars for the same amount. 8k IS a reasonable offer

I think 9-10k is a fair offer for the car considering the market for it right now is pretty weak.

you should have never sold it.

if he is ok with selling it for so low.. take it. i barely see any 2000's in my area, let alone a 400.

You're referring to the 97 SC300 manual. there were only 50 of those ( black on black my bad)

there were almost 400 2000 SC400's made. but yea they're still rare

uh oh.... if you offer him the actual market value for it, i think this friendship might turn sour haha but either way.... i'd recommend looking into a different car.

What type of wax are you guys using on your SC's???? Also, what do you guys use to treat the leather seats?

Any feedback from the SC community will be greatly appreciated..
I generally go with meguiar's, but check this forum out. It should help you https://www.clublexus.com/forums/aut...detailing-122/

I agree with those that are saying 8000 is WAY too low. I bought my '99 SC3 for 12k with 74k on the clock in June. Granted, it's in mint condition and was from a dealer, but still. I think $12k is reasonable for a '00 SC4 with that low of mileage.

8K is not reasonable.

Also, he wants the car so how come you want to bash the guy? Your opinion about the looks of the SC are your own too.

A car is worth what you pay for. If you don't like the price, you wouldn't pay it. If you did and you buy the car, thats what its worth to you.

You'd probably be better off getting another car.

Or if you want an SC so bad, just buy one from another seller because that low price just might insult your friend.
