Need some help re:Work vsxx

I've been searching since yesterday and cant find anything..

I'm in the process of buying some work wheels. The specs are 19x8f 19x9r +38. I'm dropped on SC Eibachs and Tokico blues. The width in the rear seems a little conservative and Im not sure about the offset. Can anyone give me some input..??? I need some info asap. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply.. I guess I could have been more specific. Yes.. will it clear? If so.. what is the ideal tire size? I checked the wheel and tire thread but couldnt find any info for that size wheel and offset.
