Im not sure about the yellow high beams since they are not fogs but the flat black is looking good. Especially those wheels.

 

Weird, to say the least. But I like it! I'd have to side with most of the community here: the rims could be something else, maybe neon green. Honestly the mental idea of a flat black car is stealth/quiet/evilish... therefor adding red, an aggressive/loud/evilish doesn't necessarily contrast, it half-way goes along with the theme. I suggest neon green or even chrome.

Not big on the bodykit, but I love the paint.

I wonder what some glossy black rims would look like? Like just simple five-spokes of some kind? I bet it'd look straight up evil.
