hey i was curious, seeing how you've had several year 400's how would you compare the performance of the different years?
heyy bro. did you get the license plate thingy yet?? yea I want to take the clear bra off. Did you just use a heat gun and pull? any adhesives left behind?

and as to comparing the cars. My '92 was quick for my first car. It gave me a lot of problems though. My '97 had almost 200k miles on it but it was definitely quicker than my '92. This '99 blows them all out of the water. With the performance mods I have on top of the stock performance this thing is definitely quick. Ask vwynn.. I was able to keep up with his supercharged GS . hehe

Thanks buddy. Too bad I want 19''s

Thanks for all the comments guys!

But ..Screw you guys. You have just made it harder to sell my 18''s cuz now I'm thinking about keeping them hahah

My next mods: I have some black interior parts going in, including a sweeet steering wheel w/wood.

Thinking about GREEN tint! yes GREEN.

And some 19'' Axis Milanos

and some new mufflers. I'm kind of unhappy with these Magnaflows that have stock tips welded on.

So after driving the car, it handles better, and look DAMN sexy. The problem is that the full custom exhaust on this car makes it hard to drive. The SS headers lead down to two pipe that run into the center magnaflow can I have. The thing is that these pipes are SUPER low. Here's a pic:

I only have a couple mm above that tennis ball. This is in the center on the car.

My front bumper on the other hand is still pretty high (maybe 3.5 tennis ***** high). It still clears those concrete parking stops.

Now I'm thinking whether I should raise the car half an inch.. or whether 19''s will help out with this problem. Modifying the exhaust doesn't seem like an option with the way it was fabricated. Dunno what to do even at sharp angles I can't take on speed bumps and certain driveways. Everyone must think I'm an idiot when I angle my car cause it doesn't even look that low.. until I SCRAAAPE the exhaust

technically speaking,if you get 19s it will be the same. This is all based on the normal 245/275 setup. If you do the "fat" setup then your car will be a tad higher.

also, i never knew the tein CS went that low on 18s. Are you on v1 (gold ones) or v2?
