I should have said, girlfriend needs to EARN the Lexus. hehe.

 

I think the only thing I'd want over my car is a Porsche Carrera or a Ferrari 360 Modena. I can't think of anything else that would offer me what the SC offers me, and for both cars the repair costs would be higher. I can't think of anything in the SC price range that would satisfy... maybe if I put the SC's seats in a Mercedes AMG CLK55.

If money were of no concern, I'd definitely spring for an E46 M3 convertible and/or the new BMW X5 (4.8) which should be out at years end.

I'd also consider an M5, SC4xx (latest and greatest out) or an S600.

Now, with money being a major concern, I plan to hold on to my 93 SC300 for a few years and then buy and E46 325i, newer SC400 or a Maxima (my favorite of the non-luxury - top branded - cars).

 

Actually, if you want to modify the Supra you're going to want a 93.5-95

...everything after that came in OBDII and is therefore a pain to modify given ECU pain...

Great car and pretty quick. I also really like the M-8, with it's 48-valve, QUAD overhead camshaft 550hp V-12. Too bad it never made it to production, although there are a few preproduction models out there.

 

i got a long *** time to get a new car... i just got my 2000 SC 400 and ive already put well ove r10gs in it, so i have a while. my mom has a cl55 and my dad has a jag xkr, so ide probably take one of those... if i had infintie amounts of money, ide prolly settle for the new buggatti veyron or:
