Default Ok....I can't take it anymore

MODS please forgive me....I have been searching and searching and cannot find a cheat for all of the motor acronyms and it is driving me crazy.

I have four Lexi in the family in the following order of purchase:

1998 LS400 155K purchased in 02 Mods Eibach springs/borla exhaust/injen intake/silver jade

2001 LS430 122k purchased in 06 sport sus/vias ipod adaptor/19 inch Moda R5/white/injen intake/L tuned exhaust

2007 ES330 21K (wife's) purchased in 08 Bone stk white
and finally

1995 SC400 purchased in March 09 that has a vin of jt8uz30c3500***** that I just brought up for FLA...the outside is super clean and I will post pics. Problem is...I want to put on an M90 Supercharger. I would like to put on S&S headers and an ignition module. I also was toying with the idea of an w58 tranyswap but with all of the engine shorthand I cannot figure out what is being dropped for the shake of simplicity. Is there some where I can go to bone up on my engine speak?

The seller said this car was perfect for the would be perfect for 2JZGTE or 1JZ swap. I know one of those is the inline 6, what is the other one?
New starter
-recent full une-up, new coilpacks, plugs, wires, caps, and rotors
-Supra Eibachs springs/OEM Supra TT shocks, lowered about 1.75"
-6000k HIDs
-Alpine 9885 hu, Alpine 4 channel amp, 8" subwoofer.
_Ipod connection
-Brand new leather done at 904 motorsports done last year..
-19x8.5F 19x9.5 Axis Pentas 245/35/19F, 255/35/19R. Rears just done recently.. (95% tread rear, 70% front)
-Magnaflow mufflers
-New Brake Rotors and Pads installed TODAY Feb 13 2009
Many thanks

very clean, nice and classy. red looks good on the SC. i'd trade for a red one. your suspension is just the right height I'm looking for, too. is the ride good?

you bought that from a guy in Jacksonville right? You can do a swap it's just a little more involved with an SC400

Read this knowing it is coming from a guy that is an import enthusiast and had never owned a domestic nor bought into the "no replacement for displacement"

man keep the V8. With what guys are doing with them I would keep it and mod it. I am going to be looking for a GS400 to mod. you can put the transmission in your want with the adapter plates that have been made. Check out the threads on here about the builds. ScottURnot had one. SC400TT has another monster one. RedPhoenix just put a 154 in his I believe.

There is a ton you can do to them. At times I wish I went with an SC400 to mod the V8 but I was after the GTE swap when I bought mine.

Default more pics

Yeah, this came out of Jax, nice enough, I have a new wheel for it...grabbed a new shifter off someone here last week. Have a Lex guy that is going to help me with some of the little things. Have new wood coming in for the dash...there was a bit of amatuer hour stuff on it...like things removed and not fastened back down correctly but nothing that cannot be address in a couple of hours. The motor has 200k on it and zero launch! My 430 has more giddy up at this point and yes I under stand it has more ponies and bigger heads but for pete sake it also out weighs it too.

As far as the suspension it is perfect expecially considering these North East potholes. I am going to toy with it for a bit but if I get bored it will go up for sale here.

Today's mod is the Kenwood 5120 going in with the metra kit so there will be Navi! Yes!

What is the best MOD for the antanee? I hear that Honda has something that everyone uses? I am not going to spend money on shaving. Everything is going in the engine.

Wow this is a clean ride, congrats on the find. I'm also in the debate between a SC3/4.

Very nice, love the rims. As for the engine, be different and go V8.

With that HU, the power antenna won't go up unless you are listening to the radio, I assume you have an Ipod, maybe XM radio, and with that HU, you could be watching movies too, so the antenna prob won't be extended very much. And here is some info on the toyota inline 6's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_JZ_engine

As previously stated both the 1jz and the 2jz are inline 6's. But the 2jz-gte has 3.0 liters of displacement while the 1jz-gte has 2.5. The 1jz is really strong motor in it's defense though, and usually alot cheaper than the 2jz-gte..

Try reading this whole thread:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...-or-300-a.html
It's informative and entertaining. But the links in it are truely eye-opening for SC noobs...
