paintjob... the flat looking type
sorry for this kind of questions... is there is paintjob that do like flat black on my car? not the amateur getto unprime paint ball, but real flat paint job?

like this! I haven't ask around yet... but would yall think it would cost less than a regular paintjob since it doesn't have a several layer of clearcoat? haha

i love the look of matte black paint.
i dont think its going to be cheaper. if anything it would be harder to make it look good without streaking. i dont paint cars whatsoever but from rattle can experience. flat paint is easiest, then gloss, then matte.
its hard to pull of matte and make it look good. wheel choice to set off the car and/or contrast it is very important. it can make or break the whole car.

Your local paint store sells a "hot rod black" paint kit made by SEM. Fairly inexpensive you probably need 2 kits to do a complete car. I did my 65 galaxie vert with it & looks great. As for paying a shop to do this it should be as expensive as a regular paint job if not more believe it or not. To do it right you have to paint the car normal, wet sand it & then re-clear with a matte clear. You can do just the matte clear but if you get any dirt you are screwed (no sanding & polishing with this stuff)
