Of course. a short time after i get the front lip re-done and re-painted... *pic*
...someone backs into me (while the car is backed into the spot), and cracks the bumper again. oh, and leaves with no note.
I'm having coffee with a friend, and the two-way alarm pages my remote. I run back out, and see 3 people standing near my car. They tell me that some lady across the way backed right into the front of my car, and then just took off. no note, no one got a plate, nothing.
FML.
Car is dirty because it's been raining & i just hit that trackday on friday, but herE:
hairline crack leading to the scrape at top, and the new crack at the bottom.
goddamnit.

my rear bumper is cracked. well not the bumper but the paint. If i have learned anything its that you never go out of pocket to paint a bumper. Just wait long enough and someone is bound to hit you. If your lucky you get their plate and then insurance can pay for it with no increase in your payments.

nah. im just venting. its gonna have to stay like that for the time being. even if i went through insurance, my deductible is $500, which i really don't feel like spending right now. maybe later.
i don't really expect to ever find this lady. im just having a crappy day

damn, that sucks man. One of the reasons why I don't have the AC kit anymore. Worrying about it too much sucks donkey *****.
I had that same damage as well, but good thing its an easy fix. Sorry to hear about your mishap, i definitely feel your pain.

again! ahh man thats sad. she should have left a note or something. i mean it cant be that much. and if shes in a benz... that says something atleast.
