getting my car painted
right now i'm thinking white with blue pearl....
but mite change it to bluish silver like the ones on bmw but dunno wut color pearl to add to dat

any ideas?? or pics of our sc with a new coat

i wanna get a new coat of black put on my SC
ive have thought of black and blue pearl
black and purple..black and green and black and red
i dunno how these will turn out
a friend of mine has black with blue peral on his car
but its the honda color with blue pearl
so you dont see much blue..... i would do more so i could see an actual color change
someone mentioned black with silver pearl but i have no clue how that could turn out
and ive even thought of some metallic flakes
enough so that it would look like graphite but in black
thats what i really want
if anyone can find a pic of any of these colors where i could actually see them...and post the pics

Black is the ultimate "new car"-color, but swill marks and scratches make it a bad long-term color. If I were to repaint my car, it would be silver. If I were you, I'd go with white with blue pearl, but what's wrong with just shiny white? I like to see mirror reflection in my car, not shades of color, but that just me.

My experience with pearls on black make the car look like it needs washing.There are a couple of very dark charcoal colors that are nice,however,that'd be my choice for a dark metallic.
I like pearl added over the same color,white/white,blue/blue.

I'm about to get my '92 SC400 painted as well. It is blue right now, but the clear coat is peeling really bad. I'm leaning toward a dark metallic charcoal/graphite. Anyone have a pic of anything that sounds like this? I'm looking at paying around $2500. Does that sound reasonable to you guys? I can't wait!
