I have a 94 SC400, and the Nakamichi amp in the trunk has been destroyed because of water leakage...
Does anyone know the model number for that specific amp?

and do you think these can be a replacement for it?

The dealer says I need to pay 2000 dollars to have the amp replaced...

The Nak is a 5-ch amp correct? If you're going to replace it, may as well buy an aftermarket amp. They are much better quality as long as you don't buy the bottom-of-the-bucket models, and you will hear the difference in clarity and dynamics at higher volumes. Not sure about the stock speakers, but if they are power suckers, an aftermarket amp will give you more detail at low volumes too.

Oh yeah, the amps from the LS400 are driving an 8-inch woofer. 10s usually require a bit more power. Amp 1 MAY work. Amp 2 I don't think so. It's only a 2-ch. Don't have the dealer replace that amp for $2000!!! They'll be high-fiving eachother behind your back!
