Low mileage has its perks and its downfalls
(on older cars).... regardless, congrats on the new ride.

What are the downfalls of having a low mileage car?

Tonight's drive home was the best driving experience of my life. Every thing on the car works perfectly. It rides smooth, is extremely responsive, has WAY more pull than my auto sc300, and I am finding lights in the car that I never knew existed!

Also remember this just because a car is low millage doesn't mean mechanically its in the same condition as a new car with equal mileage. Your seals, bearings, bushings, suspension etc. are still gonna be old. If i have learned anything from cars its your better off having a new year higher mileage then an old year low mileage.

Interesting, your car has mud flaps while mine doesnt. You posted a pic of your wood grain, are all 3 pieces matching colors? For me my middle piece is discolored. Also did your car come with heated seats?

P.S. upgrade to 97+ tails, they are the most dramatic improvement you can make.
I'm actually pretty excited that I get to be the one to preform the first major tuneup on this car. The seals and bushings all feel brand new and tight. The suspension rides soft and quiet but I'm going to be dropping in my Tokico struts/Espelir ASD Springs. I honestly cannot convey the pure bliss I felt driving home from work tonight in the car. If any SC driver in north FL wants to come for a ride to experience what a SC felt like right off the showroom floor, feel free to stop by

Also, I don't think there is a "newer" SC on the market right now with eqal mileage, and even if there is, it's not a 5spd

p.s. Yes it has heated seats AND a car phone!!!!

Congrats on the find, I know you'd been looking forever. How much did it end up running you?

My 98 sc 4 stock will smoke this car even if it had a 6 speed manual. Clean ride though.

i've had a stock sc3 auto, a 1jz auto, and now a sc3 5spd

and i definetly agree it changes the whole feel of the car, i've also had a tan interior and black interior, and it is the same thing the car seems very different with a black interior..

He wasnt biased haha. He was just jealous at the fact that it only has 52k miles, garnet red (best color made ), and that its a stick.

SC4 owners aren't biased!
