Cool My new minty fresh 5spd SC300 52k

Well after at least 8-10 months of searching, mind changing, engine swap debating, and fund saving, I finally found this amazing car that is perfect for me. It's a 1992 Lexus SC300 5spd Garnet Pearl with only 52,000 miles on it.

Needless to say, the car is fantastic (mint condition with very minor flaws).

Right now my plans are to swap over my wheels, suspension, intake, HIDs, and glass high beams from the gold one to the new one. I will probably be selling the gold one in a couple weeks. I plan on doing minor mods in the short term while saving funds to go NA-T with this beautiful car over the summer.

I'm so happy I'm finally driving a manual SC300! (Especially one that still has new car smell!)

iPhone pics FTL, I'll have some better ones once I swap over the rims/suspension.

**Update**
Got all the parts swapped from my gold SC to the red one and sold the gold SC to a friend of mine.

Good find man. A 17 yr old car that still smells new, how about that?
You should slap an oem wing on that puppy and quickly ditch the steel blade stockers, the ugliest stock wheels on a lexus. I rocked those stockers on my former sc 300 for like 4 years lol. A wingless SC reminds me of an old infinity J30.

do me a favor and enjoy it.

I'm starting to see that if you're willing to wait, that perfect ride will come to you.

Awesome machine man, lol like said above strap an OEM spoiler on it, change the wheels, and take off the mudflaps and call it a day.

I think the wingless look can be good man, my old boosted SC was wingless and i loved it http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j3...s/DSC_0029.jpg

After you swap your goodies, wheels, suspension, glass hb, you should maybe pick up some 95-96 tails and combine them with your 92 tails do make some half red half clears.

congrats on your 5spd btw, i know you've been searching for awhile.

Thanks guys, it's been a long hard search where I almost had a few weak moments. I'm diggin the wingless atm but we'll see.

I still can't believe the condition this thing is in, it's like driving a brand new lexus! I'm lovin the 5spd too
