my driver side tail lamp condenses, i took it apart to clean it today, then put it in stove to melt the adhesive in order to put the parts back easier, but not being careful ,the outer clear part bent badly, could not make it back. so now i have to get a new lamp, i think the factory ones will cost around 200 single side. checked on ebay they got this after market lamps for 125 a pair include shipping. anyone have this lamp in your sc? how is it? thanks

mine is a 97, i kind of like the 97 oem tail lamp. but if it turns out to be expensive, i'll just get the after market one if they work fine.

I wouldn't get those. They only look decent painted/tinted black. I would just wait and find a single '97 tail light. It'll look better anyway.

Here are mine....I know it's not everyone's taste but it suits me just fine. Definitely get them tinted so they look better.

you cant really tell that they are aftermarket, once looking at it for a bit, u can tell, but otherwise it just looks like a black taillight.

Yea that's what I was going for. Since I'm going for an OEM black and white theme from a distance you think it's all black. Not bad for some ebay specials.

i have the aftermarkets and i get condensation in them. I recently bought a set of '92 tails from aliga to tint/mod.

hangin on to the ebay tails in case i move to a state where they actually give tickets for tinted tails

A number of people on the soarercentral forum have bought these chinese tail lights and appear to be going back to oem. The oem lights are good quality. Later model lights can be had on E-Bay.
