Let me make myself a bit clear fellow freinds ITS BUYERS MARKET NOW A DAYS that guys prolly easily spent close to 18k but is he gonna get it back???? Or anything remotely close to it? No, people will go buy 100+k mile swapped for way less even if this car is mint and superb condition

I hope you are kidding. The fastest SC's and Supra's are auto. I am going to swap in a V160 6-speed because I don't care about being the fastest car out there. I just want something fun.

I am in Montgomery.

I have had 2 average condition SC's with NA-T setups that were very fast. This time around I want something mint. If you think this one is overpriced, go look in the for sale section here at some of the 6-speed GTE cars for high 20's. That's nearly double what this one is.

I think the price is dead on. I'd be all over if I had the extra money.

I've commited to buying this car. Just wondering if anyone knows about it or if they know the shop that did the work - S & O Teck? It looks like a super clean low mileage swapped car. Just wanted to make sure.
Stan & Omar are stand up guys. I've seen this car in person before the swap and thought it to be real clean.I bought my tranny from Stan and Omar does work on my car time from time, from the tranny and soon he'll be installing some injectors and a catch can..Buy with confidence and enjoy your new toy..

buyers market or not guys do the math .A clean 97 with 63,000 miles is around 7,000-9,000.00 .The motor 1,850.00 susp, new tire's, 19 inch rims, fmic,w/install 2,000.00 a little on the low side .then there's the installation of the motor and the wiring 2,800.00 .And I read something bout the seat being redone..Any how I'm sure you beat them down a little??

I think you did fine. And if there is a usdm 6spd 97 out there with mileage under 70,000 miles @ 15,500.00, please let me know cause buy it...

I can comment on the pleasures of having a mint SC after owning an average 201k miles SC, then picking up a 52k mile SC. The difference in feel, look, ride, and smell is so great that I cannot put it into words. I only hope this car is as mint as they say it is. If so, you have found a jewel. GL man
