just found out today , my 97 sc factory installed rear spoiler brake light does not work, its got somewhere around 13 led light bulbs in there , its impossible tha all the bulbs burn out! went to dealer today, he said it could be something complicated, and if i decide not to have them fix it, just checking out whats the problem cost 105. anybody had this problem or know how to fix it? thanks alot

i've read that there is leakage on the '97+ spoilers around the LED light...i think...

yea there is water inside the lamp but not much, i didn't think water can do tha much damage.

You'd be surprised what a little bit of water can do...especially when it gets freezes, then heats up, etc...not going to get all technical-but you get the pic right? Worse case scenario if you decide not to fix...remount your 3rd brakelight somewhere else? Check on Jose's page...http://cleansc.net/. It's just a thought...be creative or not? Good luck man...keep us posted.
