Yes, I have recaro evo8's in my SC. Wedge only charged 200 maybe because I reused the braket and slider set up from the evo. I think they just cut off what they did not need and welded on a few tabs in the right place...

That looks really nice. Does the stock belt work with the aftermarket seats? Does it feel tight and safe with the belt?

Yeah I haven't seen too many SCs with Recaro...to be honest the first one I saw was SCOTTURNOT-nicely done by the way! After seeing more pics, I think they look pretty good. If it was me, I would get Supra tt seats...I found some last night for $299 for the pair. They were JDM cloth-if anyone is interested or want to know where I saw them, pm me. I'm thinking of doing Sc 430 seats myself. Wish me luck, and if I go this route...I'll make a DIY with pics.

Here's what I did to make the stock belt work better for me. The belt sits a lot higher on your body because of how low the seat is, this helped. It feels tight and snug because the seats hug you a lot better. And the belt is just as effective.

You can get brackets from Speedware Motorsports for half that price for Recaros. I had them for Evo 10 Recaros in my STi. $400 is way too much!
