From what i've heard HID does run cooler than Halogen, Personally I've installed a couple HID so I've hold them in my hand but not the bulb, I probably would stay away from touching it although it does seem like its ok to touch it for the first couple seconds when its warming up, not worth the risk though, not like telling everyone "I touch the bulb of the HID" is cool anyway lol

What gap?

the tire is tucked pretty far under the fender, the gap you see isn't the top of the rim, it's the back of the fender behind where the tire ends, it's just the angle of the picture.. you can barely fit a guitar pick threw the lip and the tire.

I live in Louisiana and i'm seriously F'ing the bottom of my car up from my Tein Flex's set so stiff and low.
