Grr,,I can't find the link to that nitrous Neon now. The people rented a Neon, and put a like 150shot of nitrous on it. Then they proceeded to run 12's with no engine/tranny problems.

It finally exploded, only because they hit the revlimiter, fuel cutoff, nitrous kept spraying, and there was a large BOOM!

Nitrous is engine friendly. When you spray nitrous you're lowering the temps inside the cylinder, and just adding more oxygen. It functions the same as a turbo, get more oxygen into the cylinder. But it's a turbo on a switch

can't do much chip wise since it's OBDII.. 20hp and 30 tq is about all that can be done.

 

on the first reply someone said i could put on headers, chip, etc and that i should be over 349 HP. How much would something like this cost? Am i looking to spend more than 8gs?
