JspecSC3 you're spot on man!
This is very true, I do paint and body work...but when I do a job, I insist that it is done right-it's my reputation to uphold. A good painter knows this, it's about networking...when others see your paint, and it's done properly they'll ask who did it...that's the greatest satisfaction for me! Just make sure that you approach the painter with tact, and mostly likely-they'll fix with no issues...if you come off like a a *******...they might not put that extra clear, or additional effort into making it flawless. And as a tip, to make sure that prep work is done on your install. This is if you don't know the painter...take and lightly...notice I said lightly with a sharp object mark with "angles" not vertical. Vertical scratches can easily be sprayed (covered due to painting techniques...all others with require a small adjustment...and this is not going to jack up your price. Just something to think about. Painter's make mistake to...

I worked at a dealers bodyshop for years....trust me, don't accept the car back the way it is, don't pay, they will fix it...its an every day thing and expected for customers to look over the cars and give a thumbs up or down. Stand your ground.

I would think if you paid that, then I would see how it looks in the end, then let them know what to fix, if any? Just my opinion..

Yeah, I'm just hoping it'll turn out good, since I'm still a student and I was hoping this would be a reputable shop.
