I need a little help here. Does anyone here have any personal knowledge of a forum member who goes by "Im2gq4u"? I made arrangements to purchase an amplifier for my GF's SC400 from him. We paid him over 3 weeks ago but have not yet received the amp. He claims to have broken his leg a few weeks ago, but did email me at the end of April that his brother had removed the amp from his parts car and it would be shipped soon. Since then nothing, no responses to my email requests for updates, no phone calls (I provided my cell phone number), no text messages, nothing. It doesn't even appear that he's reading my messages.

I don't want to assume that I'm being ripped off if this individual is experiencing personal problems, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect periodic updates after all he does have our money.

Does anyone know anything?

Im sorry to say but this is a fine example of why we do not allow vehicle part outs especially from members that do not have a lot of history on Club Lexus. His for sale thread was taken down for that reason. If you have any comments or negative feedback you can go ahead and give him a bad iTrader rating so everyone is aware. The vouches on his signature do not mean anything anymore that is why we have iTrader. I'll send him a PM and ask for some updates. I'll keep you and the other member posted via PM. In the mean time this thread will remain closed.
