Does anyone have GS alloy rims on your sc?(5 spokes)

any idea who's car is this?

 

Sweet car, but where's the beef? Need some meat to fill those wheel wells. Did the GS wheels come in chrome from the factory, or just from aftermarket places?

 

I know for sure that the 17" 5-spoke from the GS was available in chrome from the factory.

yeah ive seen em too! i think depending on the color of the car, the car looks better without chromed rims because it makes the wheels stick out more than the car. it looks tight like that but you need the lexus ____. forget what theyre called

Those look like IS300 rims to me. The reason I know is b/c I'm looking for some for my SC.

 

yeah now thatyou mention it, they do look like is 300 rims...

but the is rims, dont they go in more.. these ones look like theyr sticking out more. btw, has anyone heard of the is2000??? or something like that? I saw an ad for it in the newspaper, but it had no pic or anything.

 

That's what it was! I think they are IS300 wheels. Did the newspaper specify that the car was a Lexus? Because there is an IS200, but they might also be talking about an S2000. Hub cap, center cap, same difference.

 

 

 

oh yea, it does look like (or is) IS300 rims. I thought they are GS's.

but I like Johnny's whilte with GS chrome, looks nice.

I thought IS rim is too narrow for sc. does it fit no prob?
Since I have black sc, I kinda like alloy rims to match (5 spokes).

does anyone have O.Z. Volcano on your sc? picture? or any other good 5 spokes rim?

 

they ARE IS wheels
another way you can tell is that the IS factory tires are still on there. The wheels that GS come with are 235s and you can tell those wheels are 215s.
