Default telescopic motor replacement???

Has anyone replaced the telescopic motor in the column of a 94 sc400,I think the tilt motor and telescopic are two different motors?? any help would be great i have looked at alot of links and found nothing but a fix for the tilt steering,my problem is the telescopic power goes very slow then stops..thxs

there are some fix threads i have seen. dunno if any apply to your problem. i would think you need the whole steering column

I would hope you could just replace a motor not the whole column,anyone else????

IIRC, it is just a single motor doing both jobs. It can be replaced on it's own but it's not an easy task.
