Pics from Fontana posted- including the Twin Turbo SC300- Fastest Lexus in the World!
Just returned from the first day of the Fontana meet- a real good time and kudos to Michael Kilty, Ethan and others for a fab job. I've just posted 7 pics from Saturday's session- including pics of Area 51's TT SC300- 0-60 in 1.1 seconds! (Jon (Lex Luthor)- are you drooling yet?)

I'm glad everyone is enjoying the pics, and I wish I can tell you more about Area 51 Fabrication's Twin Turbo SC300, but all I know is what I remembered reading on the big sign next to the car- I should have photographed THAT!
Their webpage (www.area51fab.com) is still under construction, so there is not much info there either, except a Sales email address. But they had several Lexus cars there, including a SC300 (not the dragster) that they had turboed and supercharged.
In fact, they said they would not mind trying to supercharge and/or turbocharge an SC400, if there was enough interest.
So Lex Luthor, if your NY deal falls through, you might want to give them a try. And since I am just one area code away from them, I'll of course be glad to loan them my SC400 to install the first prototype in!

OK Jon, I've PM'ed "Area 51 Dave" about our discussions.....
I thanked Area 51 for participating in Fontana this past weekend, and pointed out that there is some interest in some shop taking on the supercharging and/or turbocharging of the Lexus V8.
