Im in Meridian, just right outside of boise. The hood closes awsome but i barely cleared the shock tower on intake side(you might be able to slide 2 credit cards in the tiny space any more your pushing it).
The current setup is listed in my sig, but, Its just an AEMEMS GT4276 Wotm Mani with Tial 44mm WG(turbo an manifold are all hotcoated as well to keep this engine bay a little cooler), stock cams, stock internals, Fmic(all piping is vbanded; so no blowing pipes off in boost) 1000cc inj. dual denso pumps, built boost logic trans, 3000 stall or so. Hks Dli, All new fuel an trans lines made of stainless braided lines. 4'' Downpipe with 3'' dual half way under the car. Couple borla xr1 racing mufflers an a high flow cat.
Im looking to go up an get a tune on it in portland this weekend. It best make all of 500 Hp or theres going to be some complaining. And if theres time an the head studs are in, hopefully get some race gas an really make some nice numbers.
Back on the stock Twins it went 13.4 @ 107 then on the stock fuel an a blown up wheel on the gt42 it went 13.8 @ 108 not making boost till the 1/8 mile marker.
Tonite is the nite im going to try and do the headlight cleaning its a bit dirty ive notice that also.
I love that blankie i can rest my arm on the turbo right after a hard pull an not get burnt.

Very nice.
Clearance seems typical with that frame turbo.
I hope my turbo fits on my setup, because its gonna be even bigger.
Worst case I will clearance the tower abit. Even with say 1/4in clearance, compressor will touch once the engine torques over.
You like Ryan's manifold?

I put the TRD Engine mounts in since they are stiffer hopefully by running them the torquing over doesn't hit like you say. I originally had PHR solid motor mounts but with the v band welds on the intercooler, to fmic to intake mani. i was told the vibration might brake them for daily driving.
The manifold is okay, if i was to do it again i would spend couple extra hundred an get a better mani, more of the tubular style. I had a piece of this manifold let go from the weld it just wasn't cleaned up enough an it ate my 1st gt42 turbo. Sucks i know but since then i have personally cleaned an smoothed the insides of the welds so that wouldn't happen again. But nothing against that manifold or company its held up so far since then I am happy but would go a better route next time.
Hahah I know look at the fins from the old turbo take a extra good look. That wasnt cheap to fix let me tell you... But life goes on what can you do.
Im also thinking of bringing this slow sc down to Socal with me for the job im starting in june. If theres any locals to Placentia it would be nice to meet others.

OK
thats enough for me
NO WOTM manifold hehehee
I talk to Ryan alot but that is something I dont want to have an issue with.
Now I have to rethink the whole set up again...
Your engine will still torque over
had a friend with solid mounts and touch touch on the gas hehhee
