Post Turn Signals

Yo, my turn signals just quit working recently. They'll turn on when I have my hazards on, but when it comes to me using them to turn they don't work. I thought maybe it could have been the switch itself, but when I use it, the "turning lights"(fog lights) will come on. Could it be the turn signal relay or what, and if it is, where is it located. Someone please help.
Thanks
Nick

Where would the fuse be, I lost my manual. I believe I've checked the fuse before, but I'm not sure.

The relays and fuses are located in the fuse panel behind the driver side kick panel. You have to remove the door trim around the floor and pull back the carpet a bit and its right there.
