Stock headlight delining
hey guys, well i got tired of the ebay ones they dont fit trying to hybrid them with the stock housing. SO iam DELINING the entire light lens. well I am leaving a little trim design.. I amgoing to post pictures of progres.. I am also going to sell delined sets when I am done for all you DIY guys building lights....
THIS PROCESS is a PAIN!!!!!!!!! but hopefully will look and fit better than the ebay did....
here are first shots of the delined process.. 6 hours alone.
still have a ways to go , but the delining is done.. and I am leaving a border just cause i like it..

I tried but mine did not line up correct and they don't look as good to me cause they bulb out some but maybe I did something wrong but factory always fits best LOL maybe u can post pictures here of where you trimmed

Here is the finished product on my build:
They sit just as flush as OEM, the only thing that sticks out a bit is the thicker seal i used to protect the ballasts from moisture.

I had to trim 1/4" of plastic from most of the outside corner area ( side facing wheels ) for it to sit low enough, then i heated the plastic and dry fit the lense to make it seat properly into the OEM housing, sorry i dont have pics.
