There's no need to save weight from the stock fenders. They're featherly light. I didn't weigh each, but I think each is only 7 lbs most. I'll weigh it when I get a chance, but I know it's lighter than a 7-8 lbs fish that I used to catch.

Not trying to slam TM, but just giving fellow CL members a heads up

Read the intro... then check out page 3 with some other testimonials and find out why TM is no longer an approved CL Vendor

Seems to me that alot of people here are running Megan racing coilovers here? Are any of you satisfied with them? Im not trying to jack this thread or anything, but have you guys looked at Stance. For only a few hundred more, it seems as though you guys could get something alot better.

Quite a few of the guys here at the office run Stance on their cars and love them. One of the guys has them on his turbo RX-8 and swears by them. Obviously this isnt the only suspension we carry, but we have had a ton of happy customers. They make them for several different Lexus models as well. The GR+'s are available in 18k/10k which still allows for alot of adjustability and a smooth ride.

back when i had my 1uz i used to take it up to the mountains all the time, its was a very pleasurable drive. now mind you i never went past 90 at any point, even then i was pushing things at 25 over the limit. but i blasted past people, corners included, coulda been better w suspension upgrades. i still need to find out if there is a track that i can go to in CO.

You mean High Plains Raceway. We do have a good selection of tracks around here. There's HPR by Byers (http://www.highplainsraceway.com), PMP in Pueblo (http://www.pueblomotorsportspark.com), La Junta Raceway (http://www.na-motorsports.com/Tracks/CO/LaJunta.html), and soon to be Genoa Motorsports Country Club (http://www.genoamotorsports.com), which a buddy of mine is a co-owner of. And of course there's always Bandimere Speedway (http://www.bandimere.com) and the long straight/dragstrip at PMP for your straight line needs. I'm hoping to have my suspension and general upkeep done enough to make the next NASA event at PMP on July 11/12.

if i was planning on keeping this sc i got for a while i'd upgrade my teins to stance as e feel the teins are nice for cruising but too soft for the track. my next car will be rocking some stances
