passenger side air bag replacement

I need to replace my passenerger side air bag on my 99 sc and was wondering if yhe entire dash needed to be removed in order to do so?

no. remove the glovebox and you should have all the access you need to remove it. search the DIY threads for dash removal and you should see great step by step instructions on how to do so.
