well....its time, heh. i used to own a '92 sc4 back in '03 and i LOVED the hell outta it, but i lost it because of some jackass 15yr old that ran into my baby head on. i decided to stay away since i wasnt making great money back then and made a promise to myself to get another one later in life. needless to say, im feeling the urge of the promise =P.

now the problem, i have no will to try and find a 5sp man, overpriced and beat up. been reading about 6sp swaps that i may look into if i get a 1uz, but my big question is......

i want turbo(s), i know it was a whole lot easier on 2jz's then on 1uz's and have been searching around for a few days w/ no luck. are 1uz's still a pain and a nasty punch to the wallet to turbo?!?!

if so then i may just go w/ a 2jz setup some twins(v8s are bomb but i cant stand chargers ><). im sure this question is asked all the damn time, but i cant find any treads around here that i dont have to read 60+ pages(i dun have time to read all that, work/life/the tax man calls! lol), so ANY advice is greatly appreciated.

ya, found it a few min ago, omg its LONG, gonna take me a week or so to read the whole thing lol, but its nice to see somebody working on it. well he can make the engine mods n ill work on the body kits.

Have you considered supercharging the 1UZ instead of turbocharging? I know it would cost less and be quite a bit easier to do. Anyways, welcome back and good luck on finding another love of your life.

ya, ive never been much of a fan of superchargers, but if SC400TT's project doesnt come through i may end up doing that. im already liking the idea of a 1uz + 6sp swap, so much more fun to feel ya baby then just steer her round =3
