95 tails are still good, i kinda miss my bottom cleared ones now that some people brought it up 
the hyperblink only comes on 94 and previous years if you put 97+ lights on. theres a fix of course but 95-96 doesnt get hyperblink and i think we all get that taillight warning light on.

Well i love the 97+ tails so getting them was a must.
As for the rest of the conversion, i wasnt planning on doing it. I personally hate the 97+ grill. But i didnt buy my car in perfect condition, It has a dent on the right quaterpanel cover/rear bumper. I got a really good deal on a dwp 97 rear bumper and i need that cover to install the bumper plus its damaged anyways. So I am already going to have the rocker panels, rear bumper and quater panel covers. Plus i have a couple of scratchs on my front bumper so why not just get a 97 bumper since it would complete the look and give me h3 bulbs.
OLT The 95 tails look like they were built out of spare parts. They dont have any continuity. You have a solid red section up top, a clear white section below, a clear yellow section, a clear red below and i think a reflector. Having solid lines divided the taillight looks so old and just not sc. The SC needs curves to match its body lines which the 97+ tails provide.
As for the hyper blink, 95->97 only need to swap the flasher unit. I have one from aliga if someone wants it. 92->97 needs to either add 6 resistors or mod the flasher unit and add 2 resistors. I made a thread showing how i got rid of my hyperblink btw.
