so i forgot to close my hood....
so it the day before D1GP in miami i havent driven my car for a month when i go pick it the battery is dead.. i jump it, get it home... it dies jump it again to take it some where to get the battery charged...i forget to lock the hood yay...... about 30mph and WAM!!!!!!!!! into the wind shield the hood not even 7 months old
but i could have been worse

brings back sad old memories...atleast your winshields ok... my hood flew open twice....once from a tow truck driver forgetting to close it. 1st. hood and winshield were ruined. 2nd. vis cf and sunroof cracked.
now back to heavy metal

that sucks man! my cf hood was just painted to match my car but i've been so worried about my hood flying up on the highway that i bought some aerocatch hood latches, i just don't really want to install them cause i hate the look of hood pins on my street car but i think i'm gonna end up doing it..
