Yeah theyre 18's and the car is slammed so they look to fill out the wheel well
*as for the cops and my headlights questions. No, out here they dont give you **** about aftermarket stuff on cars, unless its affecting other drivers (neons, etc)

Yeah its like he said about it being slammed and the wheels fill'n the gap but the wheels have no lip which makes the wheel look bigger than wheels with a lip and everyone usually rocks a lip. If i got 18's this time it will be without a lip.
!!! Would you trade them for a set of IS350 wheels, a new Xbox, and an iPhone?
