Well, I know that if it was at a dealership, that knew what it was, it would have a $17 sticker. I loved my black and 2tone auto 97' and a 5spd gets me all frothy inside.

If I dont buy it he's listing it for sale here. He has a whole 8 posts, so I will vouch, since it was my car.

I doubt I will be able to swing it. $15,000 is a ton of scratch right now.

So sad....so so sad.

I personally think the 2nd gen gs looks like a POS but thats just me.

I think Toyota was seriously high when they designed the 2nd gen GS and the 2nd gen SC, two of the ugliest designs I've ever seen from Lexus. Just my opinion though.

Is it just me....but do all of the new models look the frickin same, just in different sizes? Seems like Lexus got lazy.

I could not agree with you more
Coming from someone that actualy owns 2 SC' and a GS.

Since financially it does not sound too good at the time, I would not do it. Unless you are going to leave it alone and hope that one day it will be worth 5x that amount. No doubt it is a rare and nice looking vehicle, but 15k , unless you are looking at it as an investment. Face it, you can make a 92 SC look better and performe better for a lot less than 15k, so from a modding point of view, it does not make sense to pay that much.
You already thought it was not worth keeping once.

Jeeze, I'm looking for an SC and this is within my price range, but I dont think I'd buy it. I'd be too scared to even drive it around, thats almost like buying an investment, like an old corvette or something.. you gotta think in 10 years someone will pay big bucks for that thing if its still got such low mileage. I'd simply be too scared to drive it at all and put miles on it..
