Default tire suggestion needed

what tire do you guys suggest? i have a set of 18 rims from a 2003 lexus sc430.
my sc400 is in stock supension....here is a pic of the rims..i found this pic the car with the rims on it but i dont know what size are the tire....

the rims are 18 x 8 + 45 i think

245/45/18 should be good if you don't plan on lowering it too much and are looking for the stock kind of look

245/45 might be a little meaty but will fit. I have 245/40s on mine and there is a noticeable wheel gap but plan on lowering it sometime in the future.

245/45 will fit nicely if you have stock suspension and they are 18's. I just sold my 18's 245/45 and they rode great on the car, very good on bumps in NYC.

do you guys think that 245/45/18 will rub when you make hard left or right turns?
