It should've been done at 90K. Assuming that you should be ok but that's still a gamble. The car looks clean and you can't expect too much out of a car that cost 2800. I'd offer 2400-2500 and negotiate from there.

I finally bought the car today for 2500.00 I only thing wrong with it is its missing the fuel door(not the gas cap). Does anyone know if stores carry them or do I have to go to a junkyard?

Salvage yard or Ebay. Theres alot of auto recyclers on Ebay that post parts. Unlikely you wont have to paint the one you get depending on the color so be prepared for that and not sure how they'll blend it appropriately but good luck.
