Q about center caps

Does anyone know if I can replace the center caps on my CCWs with a Lexus center cap? Are they a standard size across all rims?

I can't speak for any other wheels but CCW says on the one piece forged wheels, the caps are replaceable. I'll have to measure to see if Lex caps will fit. I'll update this thread when I do so.
