I think the steele throttle cable that came out of the auto tranny might have something to do with it. Having an Auto ECU or Manual ECU won't matter. The cruise control has an ECU of its own. On my swapped 93 it works fine. My old auto trans did not have the cable coming out of the side. When I swapped my brothers 95 it stopped working. His had a cable. I'm almost for sure that has something to do with it.

I'm sure the ECU has nothing to do with the cruise. I was just saying you can't use a manual ECU in an auto car. The cable that goes to the auto tranny is for line pressure adjustment based on throttle position, it has nothing to do with cruise.

No, the MK3 stuff does not fit - at least the pedals definitely don't just drop in. I think the bell housing and shifter position is different on the trans, but I'm not 100% sure of that. I got my setup from a SC300. The auto ECU is fine with a manual trans. You are better off just waiting to find a factory 5 speed.

I'm at 3200 when my speedo says 80, but I have not yet checked the speedo for accuracy with my GPS. I think it reads a tiny bit slow which makes sense because it used to read a bit fast and my rear end ratio is higher than a factory 5 speed car.

Did I mention I love the 5 speed NA-T setup? It's fully bada$$! What a sleeper with the stock wheels and exhaust.... Joy...
