Here are picts of my latest HID kit.
I've had the all white phillips HID kit.
I've had the greenish white vision HID kit(pictured here w/my civic)
I now have a Hella HID 7000K Kit on my SC. Here it is.
Each kit I've gotten got progressively better. The phillips light was the most white looking, but it wasn't the brightest to me. The brightest is the HELLA lights I have now. They were also the easiest to install.
I complement the blue w/my yellow/purple HYPER HID fogs
I have a set of phillips WHITE HID fogs that I took off recently as well.
Sorry about the graininess of the picts. Sucky Digitcal Camera
VERY bright at night.

The only 91 Civic I've seen w/HIDS!

could you run that little test of putting your car 25' from a wall @ night and fire your HIDs @ it so we can see the cut-off line... just curious about the cut-off line....
Thanks, and it looks nice.

I tried to do the wall test, but my digital camera said there was insufficient light. I will try and work around this.

Thanks for the compliments. This is probably the last picture w/this engine in here. I'm waiting for my tunerr to find the 98 engine and then it starts.
The 7000K HID Hellas have a crisp look to them. they look like NOTHING else out there and my car definitely is distinguishable on the highway.
W/ the low beam and fogs on...I create enough light on the highway for 3 lanes..not just the one I'm in.
The visions have an interesting green color, but like lex mentions..they detract light and aren't as bright. But on the civic they look cool.
It's interesting to watch ricers drive by my car and you can see on their face. "my PiAA bulbs don't look like that!"""

I don't remember the exact amount I paid, but it's under 1500.00 for ALL
the armrests, center console, front and rear seats.
STock leather is like 5000 bucks for JUST the seats and it's a suckier grade of leather.
Katzkin leather is advertised in car mags and they are about 3 grand.
I can't divulge my upholsterer anymore, but I mentioned it once on this forum years ago. (I'm OLD)
My car's mods have been pretty much the same for the last year and a half. ( no funds to add on. -)

NICE SETUP!
18's are a perfect size. What are your tire sizes? Which tein coilovers do you have? How is the ride with the coilovers on the particular tire size? (?stock feel, Rough, etc?) I'm considering 18 rims and tein HA or CS coilovers (93'up supraTT) for my SC this weekend (my 9d's of vacation)! Thanks

I run 18X8.5 in the front and 18.9.5 in the back. Running 275s in the back. W/a 45 offset for a deep dish look in the rear.
I have tein HA adjustable coilovers.
The wide tires and suspension make the car handle WAY better than stock. But ALSO..the ride quality is WAY harsher than stock.
NIGHT and DAY. I sacrificed that for the handling..and I live w/it.
Your ride quality will be nothing like stock. Tein Ha's are "race" suspension kits. They'll never make the street ride feel good.
And unfortunately, I live in a town w/potholes and constant uneven pavement. It's like being on a rollercoaster sometimes. =)
But I'm used to it.

I'm planning on going to 18" wheels here shortly. I would also like to lower the car just a bit. I know nothing about springs or coilovers. Are they exclusive of each other, can you have both, what's the difference, etc.
