You can always cover them in suede or fake suede.
I did it on my car, and love the look. I'll probably end up doing some parts of the doors to make it match.
The suede is a PITA to work with, as it doesn't really stretch at all like vinyl does but it looks good when you get the hang of it.

I was searching soo hard to find a black interior SC so that I can make the interior trim Carbon-Fiber, but couldnt find one ...this thread is giving me great ideas on what will match my tan interior!
