Default any alternative to wood trim?

Just got a 1996 Lexus Sc300 pearl white auto.

and it has the wood interior trim, and i'm not a big fan of the wood look.
does anyone offer a vinyl or a overlay for them? maybe a brushed aluminum look or a black or even tan?

Thanks

Actually me and my friend just redid my woodgrain trim to carbon fiber. I'll post pics when everything is finished. Still have the part above the center console to do where the air vents are.

Search around this forum for diy's. It took me a day to sand and paint my wood trims and it was well worth it.

How did you get the air vent portion of the wood trim out?

paint them black or silver. I think Chrono had his painted while they were still installed and they came out great... so you dont -have- to remove them I guess

I removed the wood trim off the doors. As for the air vent, I spent a lot of time taping it off and around my dash. Didn't want to hassle with removing those.

had Seize PS my woodgrain to match my paint. Gave me an idea, and gives you another reference for making your choice:
