To replace the Oxygen Sensors you don't need the manual. You do need to have a set of ramp to drive the two front wheels on and O2 removal tool ~$10 at Pepboy, autozone...
You do need to buy the repair manual to do the testing of the trouble codes. If you're pretty sure that it's the main O2, change it yourself and the money you save on labor you can buy the repair manual

They should be around $150 for the genuine Lexus ones.

Those have to be accessed from the bottom of the car. If you are somewhat mechanically inclined you can do it. Just a 22mm wrench is all you need.

$114 each was OEM main O2 sensor. I would like to find price that is cheaper than that

Do it, the drive side may be tight but you can take the bracket out to give you more room. You'll understand when you're under the car

Code 25 means your SC is running lean. 20 MPG seems a little high. You could have a cracked intake boot or some other leak between the throttle body and mass air flow. You could have a clogged fuel injector or low fuel pressure. You could, however, have oxygen sensors which are old and are reading too slowly for proper fuel metering.
The dealer was willing to bet that the O2 sensors would fix the problem.

finally I found where O2 sensor is located today(pass side). but I didn't have a removal tool, so I'll try again next time.
so which type should I get?
(22mm size, Adjustable head ) or
(Special 7/8" socket w/ cutaway slot to provide clearance for wire harness, Use w/ 3/8" square drive or 1" wrench.)?

P.S. when I drive at 40mph, my engine sometimes gets unstable, like shaking whole body. Is it something to do with O2 sensor? just wondering.

60mph on the highway/parkway is no problem.

Oh, I only ask because most people that experience that shudder experience it at 60mph including myself. I think it's been traced back to the TC.

Which one is cheaper? I think the bottom one is better. I bought something simmilar to that at pepboy.
