With those mods I'd use a whole lot of tire quick too.
Nice.

Exclamation Kumho Tires Too Skinney On Stock Wheels

I have a 97 SC 400 with stock wheels. I purchases a set of Kumho tires from the Tire Rack. Let me tell you, they are priced right and handle great but are awkwardly skinney. They looked so bad on the stock wheels. It's not that stock Lexus wheels have very large tires to begin with but the Kumhos look very very bad.

I called the Tire Rack and complained that the Kunho's were too thin so they researched and informed me that verses the Goodyear, they were like 1/2 inch thinner and because the outers curved in, they even looked thinner.

They could not take back the tires because they had been mounted but instead shipped me a set of Goodyears for $60 each. If you want tires, the Tire Rack is the best.

The goodyear tires do not handle as well as the Kumhos but they sure look wider and look better on the car.

So, unless you have 17+ inch aftermarket wheels, do not put Kumhos on stock wheels.
