I had a buddy in high school redline his mom's brand new buick in neutral and drop it into drive. I think he said the transmission actually came off the engine and was sitting on the ground under the car.

I played around with this a lot in my 400 with my AFC NEO. I couldnt get it to work properly, but it did show throttle position. Anywhere from 15-20% was PERFECT. What people have said earlier is press until you feel it starting to torque down, but when I did that in my car, it seemed to bog down just a little more than it should and 17 worked PERFECT for me. I could tell a MAJOR difference. Hope this helps.
