Camshaft

I know its spring and all, but this is Arkansas, and the weather is freaky. Coolant is 50/50 mixed and to the full line, and the heater will not engage. It used to take around 2 minutes for it to engage, but will not at all now. It is almost like a relay or a sensor is out. Any ideas other than the $300 lexus controler?

The "LC16 Heater Valve Control Solenoid" shouldn't be $300, you should check elsewhere.

But i'm 95% sure that that is your problem.
