I have little space under the hood to get out the light bulb right next to the low-beam. Does anyone know how to take it out of the housing?

i wanted to get remove my headlight so I have more space to take it out but i have no clue how to take out the headlight.

 

You don't need to remove anything, just find an 8 yr old and tell him you'll give him some candy for 5 minutes of his help. Least, that's what most on here do according to polls.

 

Or a hot asian girl, they have tiny hands as well , and you won't sound like a pedofile.......which is a plus

 

the passenger side should be easy, or just remove some parts of the intake. For the driver, depending on your battery, u might need to take it out otherwise there room to fit it in.

 

I tried to wiggle my hand in there but i dont know what direction to twist or pull the socket. I don't want to break anything. any ideas?

 

It should be counter clockwise.. but if not just try both ways, don't use to much force and it will turn whichever way it's supposed to and you'll feel it release, then pull. It's not that easy to break that part so don't worry too much

 

is he talking about the blinker? or the parking light? or are they the same...
