Default Factory SC300 Fuel Line Diameter?

I'm going to start installing the top feed rail with dual feeds here pretty soon and I wanted to know what size the factory hardline is?

For the moment I plan to just clamp some braided hose over the factory hard line and feed to an aftermarket Aeromotive high flow filter. I'll run a 2nd line from the tank to the the rail eventually, but for now this will suit my needs.

Can I just clamp some -6 over it?

Yes, you can clamp -6 over the factory feed line. I would, however, keep the stock fuel filter instead of running an aftermarket.

Thanks!

hrm....reason being? First go round I expect to be the low 500s with the new setup and I don't want to push it any further on the single Denso pump.

I wouldn't waste the money. The stock fuel filter isn't a huge restriction. Supras and SC's have made close to, if not, 1000whp on the stock fuel line with an additional -6.

and the additional -6...use the filter :-)

I'll just put a standard replacement filter in then since this one has 200K miles on it at least. Thanks for the info.
